Recieved an RTI reply from NCR
1. 3rd line work between PCOI-DDU is going on. 2.Railway Board has passed the survey proposal of third line between SFG-DAQ(Daud Khan) with 1 survey in process.
3. 3rd line survey between Prayagraj - Kanpur is completed with DPR being prepared.
4. Work of 3rd line between Bamrauli and Kanwar will start after Mahakumbh

Hey,Is there any proposal for Chunar by pass and will NCR be connecting mirzapur/ Vindhyachal with chilh.
Hello, Chunar bypass was planned but not even DPR is prepared and I have no idea about Mirzapur Chilh line
The train can be ran as KSR-Vasco panchaganga express. It really need to be extended. Needless to say it would be a connectivity not just for Bangalore people but also for chennai people if we could catch this by taking intercity or something. Vasco is also in SWR so this train could be extended easily

Apparently this runs till MAO after taking 10 mins halt at Karwar.
I dont understand why PGT would run a train from Vasco to MAS when both of these zones are SR MAS div or SWR div Vasco, Am i missing something ? Why should SR TVC or PGT div should run a train from MAS to Vasco via Hassan ? Thats weird - MAS div or SWR Vasco running a train would make sense isn't it ?
Actually, I just saw it. It has RSA train with Madgoan Junction. Thats amazing.
Also I never asked for a MAS connectivity to Vasco. So not sure why you brought MAS in. I said panchaganga would be a great connecting train from Bangalore for travellers from chennai.

I mean they can still keep general quota for coastal KA and give lesser seat for Vasco I assume like Remote Location

NR simply wants to use Varanasi Junction as a passage for Freight Trains. No interest in Passenger Trains except the ones introduced Politically.
So this was on the horizon, no surprises there.
NR wants to be everywhere... Varanasi, Prayagraj, Lucknow but doesn't want responsibility of anything.

Katpadi to Villupuram is in TPJ division. Hope somebody remind concerned authorities. They have to do something good for Vellore Tiruvannamalai Thirukoilur Villupuram stretch.
Just outside KPD station is in TPJ. Vellore Town onwards in TPJ
