SER is a totally lost cause now.
I have a feeling this train is deliberately being targetted since it serves a quite remote area post TATA.
Areas such as Chaibasa and Bara Jamdi are totally dependent on this train, if you exclude the Tata bound passengers. Absolutely shambolic behavior by SER.
Everyday this scene unfolds at Howrah in the morning and angry passengers are...

I've got flight approval for my Subordinates traveling on this route, especially for those who are originally not eligible for Air Travel. Cannot have my guys suffering through this.

That's great. Thinking about juniors and other colleagues shows that you have a positive workplace attitude and is appreciable, a skill which most people lag today. We are thankful as well that we were in such a situation that we could be of some help to you and your subordinates.
Indian Railways should Reintroduce duronto express in VB avatar,high speed, modern facilities,big toilet, good food options and many more.

More than that I wish to see some new catchy appealing designs for the VB SL... something like the concept for that VB SL... that lion/cheetah representing the fast speed of VBs...👍👍
