To be honest I liked Coimbatore much when it had terminus only in Gandhipuram, now it is pathetic to see one having to go to Singanallur to catch a bus bound for Trichy or Madurai.

bahut log ticket kete v hai.. 100 cr ki booking hai.. aur raha bat to railways ticket checking karwaye.. staffs barhe aur kare daba k checking. jo bol rha staff hai usko double fine karo.. aur railways court me le jao.. log jhanjhat k chalte khud lene lgenge agar nahi v lete hai to.

Hazaribagh needs train for long distance. It has many schools and colleges, attracting lots of students. As an important district in Jharkhand, it also sees heavy travel. Many buses show high demand. A direct train to Howrah and Delhi would boost travel and benefit the railways financially.
You are right, running via KQR would be more beneficial rather than running it via the shortest route (DC line).
The speed would be sustained and conflicts with 12019/12020 would be avoided to some extent...

From an administrative point of view HZBN is very important too, it is the head of the North Chotanagpur Division.
HZBN is not what it was historically , but still it is a place of very high importance!

IR can start DHN-HZBN and HZBN-TATA rly service using a single 8-coach rake with PM at DHN. ECR should send a proposal for the same
