IT is a perfect fit for him in my opinion. The recent decrease in the number of SL coaches, priority of goods traffic over passenger traffic, delays incurring in regular Express trains, the crisis of unreserved passengers not even leaving AC coaches and boarding them without reservation, train safety mishaps, all are a testament to his mismanagement of the responsibilities as the minister of railways, while also claiming credit for achieving some very good milestones like electrification, MPS increase in various routes etc. And the news industry/broadcasting has also been compromised but that is off topic for this forum. I agree with your word about railway is a big workhorse so, it should had a separate minister for railways to run smoothly and function properly.

This month 2 GRs are converted to LHB 12257/58 and 2611/12612. Waiting for 12739/40 (Only daily GR in IR) LHB
It's SCR garib rath,SCR is very very slow in lhb conversation so it will take more time
I think even if SCR adds coaches now, in future coach count will go down to 20 once it goes LHB. Also, doesn't this already run with 130 MPS? SCR will take its sweet own time to convert this train to LHB .
