what is the rule/procedure for stamping and modification of previous stamp if the final status of the ticket has changed. I am asking think for cases of Down-gradation.
e.g: if status at time of chart preparation or chart prepared is RAC but 15-20 mins later changes to WL due to down-gradation, then what will be the stamp ?
will it be RAC or should be rightly changed to WL
