Tikiapara Liluah line can be easily bypass Howrah Jn to those 4 trains who have loco reversals at Howrah Junction Example Kamakhya Puri Kamakhya Express and Paharia Express Up/Down it can easily approved by IR

Not VB but VM and if possible, extended to DHN. The issue still lies the current alignment
Metro as in the Rapid Rail Transit system being built b/w Delhi and Meerut? If that is it, I don't assume it is possible. It can only be done in dense enough population places with people UP/DN between the locations at insane intervals. There is demand on TATA-KGP-HWH route but not that much to run a Rapid Transit system as of now.
Vande Metro is just another version of AC EMU type you can assume for shorter distance.
