I am posting this blog to make a request for a change in the site. I am suggesting that everyone should be able to apply locomotives in their imaginary trains, despite their rating. Imaginary trains are, well, imaginary. People make imaginary trains from their creativity and they should be able to add whatever locomotive they want, even if it is a Kyn Wap 5, Ed Wap 5 or any other imaginary locomotive. I hope that this change makes it through and we get that option again.

The minimum Premium fare is the basic train fare plus the Tatkal charges, which vary from 10% to 30% with an upper limit depending on the class of travel. The maximum premium is up to 30% of the base fare or ₹400 (whichever is higher).
Yes, it would be good to have this feature.

Yes that is a good decision to recently scrap it.
But I am sure they would come up with the same with some new name and impose dynamic fares.
