There should be a train from NEW DELHI to DARBHANGA via CNB-DDU-DNR-PPTA-MFP this will decrease the travel time by approx 3-4 hours.

Using idle rake of 22705/6 Tpty jat humsafar express probably, Palasa or Bam extension will be much better
The train is using the slot of Pune BBS express from.VJA and return in Puri Okha upto VJA. If it's a regular train then it can run upto PSA but on Sunday dep from Tirupati they are 2 trains Tirupati BBS and HWH humsafar. So upto SKLM is enough with turnaround time whereas in Palasa it eill be only 30mins considering the punctuality of SCR and Vskp division. Between 850 to 1030 they are many arrivals at Vskp and all trains get late.
