I know, both of these trains should be diverted via Gaya permanently, that's my opinion.
Uske jagah pe if they increase frequency of Madhupur Humsafar, passengers ko jyada fayada hoga, quota jyada milta hai, more benefits.

Yes. 2305/06 was introduced as a biweekly Rajdhani via - Patna. Later, Railways tried to cancel this service and make 2301/02 daily via - Gaya. But owing to public agitation, 2305/06 was restored on weekly basis with stoppages at MDP and JSME.
ECR change kiya hai apne zone me.. slack me timing idhar udhar kiya hai bas.. more than 100 min ka slack hai JAJ se DDU me Rajdhani ka.. bas usi section me idhar udhar kar diya hai.

Haan but 1 hour late departure pe v DDU before pahunch jayega average speed 80 improve hota timing ghatata end to end ye kolkata wale bahut bolte hain divert karo timing jyada leti hain.
DNR div culprit hai.. 100 min extra hai DNR div me.. wo kam kar dega to 16:00 par HWH se depart ho sakti hai aur 11am par HWH aa sakti hai..

Local politicians got SA division separated from PGT( or maybe TVC division) after a long fight. So I dont think CBE requires a separate division. Instead, CBE station should be expanded and more trains need to be introduced.
Salem division have not done anything with that. That is the reason for asking for seprate division.
