I had booked two ticket through IRCTC which is showing Waiting 1 and 2, but due to some reason i m unable to travel but my other coluge is going. Is there is any possibility to change the change the name of the traveler i want to allocate my Seat to my mother so that she can go in place of me. if there is any chance to do so request you to pls get back as soon as possible
