Needed answers of some questions

Today when i was travelling by punjab mail to bsl, train slowed down as platform neared i spotted a 2 striped(Guess what???) a GZB P5 #30002. I got immensely excited , it was dead and road number radium gleamed by our coach's lights. A special thing about this loco is that it is orignal ABB series imported loco.Couldn't take a picture as i was with a #mobilecam and lights were too dim.

What was it doing there???

P5 is a very rare sight in CR as many of CR RF's know. Added to my pleasure was that it was freshly POH'ed. BSL ELS carries out POH of many visiting locos and based on articles in irfca and P5's wiki 2-3 3phased locos have also got there POH in BSL ELS
Was it there for POH???
Now if BSL is capable of handling P5's why doesn't some GZB P5's get transferred and added to BSL ELS's roster, were some P4s from JHS shed.
Will BSL shed get older P5's
