hi, i've booked tickets for this train on 26th january and return ticket on 31st january for class 3A. however, i've lost my tickets by mistake. can i get a duplicate ticket or do i have to book tickets again?

i went and got all my money back. he was even ready to pay back the clerkage charge. he pleaded guilty and gave me the money after a lot of argument. i've got his name and other details and will now complain. thanks to all of you who helped.
