Introduction of 25 KV AC Traction on Khana Jn - Pakur Section of Eastern Railway.

No their are some pending work. It will take some time before full fledge service take into action. As the wring is done so they will energize it with 25 KV AC Voltage...

Hmm. True. And CRS inspection is also pending. Any clue will 13071/72 & Gaya Hwh express will get electric loco upto pakur ??
13023 is Howrah - Gaya Express & 13071 is Howrah - Jamalpur... In both the cases it will not get any electric loco even after electrification is complete up to Pakur... This trains will be haul by diesel loco only... If their is any possibility of loco change then it will be in Rampurhat... But loco change at Rampurhat will unnecessary waste time...

Same goes for trains for New Jalpaiguri side from Howrah/Sealdah... Even Railway Electrification is going on in New Jalpaiguri but it will take some time to complete the left...

i can't understand how railway dept. posts such notice where there is no sign of complete overhead traction from khana to pakur section, besides substation at Prantik is no where in complete & contractors are clue less at Sainthia for low height of the british vintage overbridge.
