This duronto is hybrid LHB. Its lighter than conventional ICF.
WAP-7 takes almost 5 km/s to achieve the 100 km/h with a 24 coach load.
and if its a short rake, then it'll take minimum 4 mins to pick up into speed.
The acceleration of a WAP-7 is just the similar way to olden days WDM-2 locomotive.
