SUJIR 4 blog postsWhile booking an E ticket i have accidentally Entered the gender wrongly for a senior citizen.
Eg : Instead of entering Mr A - male 62 i entered A - Female - 62 (age).
Due to this the Concession code has changed from SRCTZN to SRCTNW.
How do i correct this
