Hello Sir,
I just booked online ticket thru irctc website. Money is debitted from my account, and status in irctc shows "Settlement Requested Not booked". What does this mean? How will I get back my money if ticket is indded not booked.
Please advise.

You will have the amount credited back into your A/C in about 4 working days.
check in failed transaction. if ur tkt is der money wl b automatically refunded in 3 working days and u need to rebook ur tkt
Yeah it looks like ticket is not booked and hence money will be returned back in 2-3 working days. Meanwhile, you can check booking history once for clarification and book again if needed.
