Why is that Railway Ministry is silent when IRCTC allots Sr Citizen lower berth quota in 2 A/c at the beginning of the coach Berth 1 and 3 which are the most unsafe location for old persons being close to the Door of each coach. The Govt of India policy is to protect Sr Citizens is this the way Railway Ministry should implement the Govt Policy. IRCTC needs to wake up and change the Software immediately and ensure it is in the middle of the compartment which are the safest for baggage and also old persons travelling

Keeping the baggage secure is primary responsibility of Passengers first thing..Also giving to see the other side of coin many Sr.Citizens may not find it easy to walk from middle of coach till Toilet if they have to go if night time,it shall be pretty easy for them it given near by..All things can't be looked in to in every aspect rather having decent security should sort out the issue.
