Is there any way so that it has a stoppage at agra for 2-3 mins ?
As today , nearly ten persons are going from agra to delhi to board on rajdhani for bangalore... And i feel this happens quite often..

As per this site info, 102 trains pass through Agra and reach Delhi. And only Two Rajdahanis Exp. Trains are passing this city. And there are trains that travel 133 kms to 778 kms. (latter distance seems to be on higher side and needs to be verified).
Due to distance restrictions on booking tickets/halts, you may not get the stoppage for Rajdhani. Yet your point is valid that there are many passengers wishing to travel by Rajdhani.
But again same and similar question haunt Super Fast Exp trains as well as Duronto trains....
