hello everyone,
i need a suggestion about tdr process.
actually i booked a ticket for same person in same train in sleeper class and 3A.
ticket for sleeper class was confirm but for 3A was in waiting.after preparation of chart 3A ticket also got confirmed.so passenger travelled in 3A not in sleeper.while i file tdr for sleeper class ticket then irctc sent a mail...

Solid case then show them 3A ticket and details also raise this matter with concerned zonal vigilance dept.

i booked ticket from puri to amethi in neelanchal express.so zone will be E Co?
did u apply for refund within 2 hours of dep, as rules have been changed recently
