i have travelled in 7013 recently. Since no pantry car is there, decent pantry service is available. Tea/coffee and snacks are available.
for food - there are 2 options.
The guy takes the order as soon as the train leaves Pune and says that the food will be delivered at Kurudwadi at 5.30 pm. And since this train takes the other route no food will be available later.

took a chance and didnt make the order. After the train left Kurudwadi another guy came and took the order and delivered the food at Osmanabad(7pm). No great options though - its biryani options. Food was good though.
However for people who can take more risk, wait till the train reaches Latur (scheduled time 8.55pm). On the day I travelled it reached Latur at 8.15 pm and was halted for 45 minutes. There were food options at Latur too.
