Hi
I filed a tdr for avadh asam express as train was late for more than 3 hours it is pending at Chief Regional Manager/Eastern Zone/Guwahati (IRCTC) Guwahati .
Its more than 2 months i filled TDR still they havent accepted the TDR. I have contacted irctc.
they said it pending at railways irctc is not responsible for the same.

Yes i did filled the TDR in time and is there any way i can write to railway on email. or file a consumer case online???
