I sincerely feel quality of food supplied in SHATABDI, RAJDHANI EXP.is not up to the mark.We give feedback...but I doubt anybody takes call on it. railway is charging so much for this substandard quality ....What is to be done?????

Pl complain on PG Portal . However, they give standard replies like "the contractor is fined and warned...". Not much we passengers can do about it.
