Will be travelling from Kota to Bandra terminus by DDN exp on 20 april 2014 (reaching on 21st) (returning by gujrat exp on 22nd). I want to know some tourist places (especially beaches) near bandra terminus or Mumbai central station? How to go to those places from Bandra terminus? Also how to go to Mumbai central from Bandra terminus. Are taxis only option. If yes, how much fare would I have to give?

If u want go to juhu beach then bandra stn catch borivali bound local & get down @ vileparle. From parle stn west u will get bus or autorikshwa to juhu....

How to identify at Bandra (BA) which local is going towards CCG or CST?
There will be specific announcement made at the station regarding local arr timings,destination,halts & number of coaches. Also look at the indicators on the platforms. For Churchgate bound locals the code is "C" & for CST it will "ST"
From Bandra Terminus the nearest station is Khar Road,not Bandra!!
