Thanks for valuable view but requires relevant official data such as late running of trains, action taken by Railway to remove reason of delay, reason of delay during foggy season and non-foggy season etc. If you or any of your friend have/has such data please share with me. please add one more point , why railways is not allowing refund of any money after dep of train ,presently it is 2 hours for Confiremd tkt and 3 hours for waitlist tickets, does teh railway ru berth empty if particular passeger/passeger does not travel due to unforssden circumstance , like sickness, trafic jam or other reason , but in case railway run train full as vacant berth si alloted to oter passeger , both TTE( tips) and raiwlay get extra money for same berth
