If some one has booked his ticket in other quotas (for example handicapped quota), and if the same is in WL then can his reservation may be provided in general quota if vacant ?
if the seats are available in General quota then why booking in special quota??? ticket will be booked in general quota itself..
Yes , Of course, If any specific quota seats exhausted, the booking will be done against general quota.
Though seats are available in general quota, Ladies will prefer LD quota for privacy, Senior citizens will prefer LB quota for lower berth.
