can i change my boarding from delhi to panvel as the train leaves at 13:00 hrs from delhi on 01/5/2011 and reaches panvel on 02/05/2011 at 12:30

CHANGE OF BOARDING STATION E-TICKET PASSENGER:-
• For getting these facilities, customer can now approach the nearest Railway Reservation Office with ‘Electronic Reservation Slip’ print out and photo identity proof mentioned in the ‘Electronic Reservation Slip’ at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of train as per extant Railway rules.

yes u can change your bourdin.for that u have to give a application along with your ticket at reservarion counter and the officer will do reat of thing. in related to internation reservation id proof have to attach along with application.
Contd...But if someone change boarding point while booking the Eticket itself in the option given online, then instead of considering him for the quota of the originating station he will be put at the Quota of boarding station.Say..I book eticket ticket from A(present status W/L5), choose point of boarding B(which is after A, present status W/L12) upto C then my ticket will show W/L 12 instead of W/L 5...thus no advantage of availaing the Quota facility if one changes boarding point online
