After the effecting NEW RULE for clearance of GN WL from the Different Quota available at the time of charting, Railway should stop to issue CK WL for the benefit of passengers opting for CK WL. Even after paying more fare, if they are not given priority, it is useless to buy a CK WL.
it is obvious that if GN QUOTA RAC (Which is more than even 200 in some train and above 100 in almost all trains) and than WL will clear than, where will seats remain for CK WL. No one will cancel his confirm tatkal ticket (as there is NO REFUND for confirm tatkal ticket) than from where CK WL will confirm ?

in by and large interest IR should stop the concept for CK WL.

(My personal View) - this will also make REVENUE LOSS for railways and as per last few rules amendments, IR has worked like a professional in earning revenue, not likely as passenger friendly. (recently introduced concept of PREMIUM TRAINS as summer special, Changed Refund rules etc are the very few example of PROFESSIONALISM by Railways)..
