Why the train is so slow? At least the Dehradun route is not that much congested?
Train should be speeded up by 1 hr at least b/w Roorkee & Dehradun. If needed change its category to SF.

Yes 39 kmph is too slow.But if it reaches destination RT with this speed then it is not bad considering as a special.
