I will be traveling on the 9th of Feb by the Garib Rath express from Mumbai to Delhi. Unfortunately I am on the waitlist at # 23 currently and my status hasn't changed for the last 2 days. If someone could kindly tell me, by when can I expect to finally have a confirmed or RAC ticket? Will it be on the day of the journey itself?
