As far as I know, cleaning means they will sweep the coaches and remove the bottles (all garbage) before train starts journey. Maintenance means washing the train( both from inside and outside) maintaining seats/berths, charging points, AC control, wheels, brakes and everything else and make it perfect for it's run. There is no problem with cleaning for Udyan Exp... But the coaches are filthy... It won't be clean just by sweeping. Many times I have seen flat wheel in Udyan exp.. It keeps running from many days but the problem was not solved. And Udyan is not the only train which lacks maintenance. Even 11303/04 is maintained equally bad. Same problems are present in that train as well.
