IRCTC is a big flawed system of ticket booking.

Seats are booked at railway reservation counters and online at the same time.
Still not able to digest that 312 tickets are sold out within 10 minutes...
10 mins, so much time . there are some trains we no need to wait for 10 mins also just 1 or 2 mins.
