Is it possible for WL30 to get a seat confirmation for Sleeper category from Vijayawada to chennai on 15 april 2014 on Circar Express 17644? Thanks.

Hi. Thank You for your answers. The chart has been prepared for 17644 and the PNR status is showing WL9 and 10. I booked tickets online and paid through debit card and should I explicitly cancel the tickets to get refund? Thank You again.
