Guys, where are the AC retiring rooms situated? I have booked a room online for my parents who will be reaching HWH on 17th Apr early morning.

In that case you will have no difficulty finding it. It is part of the New (SE Railway) administrative complex at Howrah Stn. The SER is that part of HWH after platform 15 (i.e. away from the first howrah bridge)
