request to mamta banerjee to make it superfast train, and give this train a good time-table.and i want to know the accurate date of railway budget of this year.

if it will become superfast nothing much will change no stoppage will reduce as you can see for dakshin express only fare will increase
51 km/hr is the present speed of this train as it is written in this website, and as per information by railway one train should have to be minimum avg speed of 60km/hr to make any train superfast, therefore if railway make it a superfast then the time taken to reaching kol or dbg will get less
18days to go for rail budget but in case if parliament is suspended what will happen
