I am not able to say the chances from delhi.
But If you dont mind to pay 100 Rs more in Sl, seats are available from FZR in 12138 punjab mail. Book from FZR and boarding point as NDLS for your desired date.
6 th and 7 th NDLS dep SL,3A,2A available.
