Why is the Rayalseema Exp Slip Route bw Guntakal & Kolhapur (Haripriya Exp) being discontinued from 14th Feb? The new train from Hyb to KOP (17003) is at very odd time for people of Bellary, Tngl & Hospet. Also I am not able to find the schedule for the return train (presumably 17004). Does anybody have any information to help me?

The schedule of the train 17004 was attached. Why the slip routes have been removed is something that the Railways can answer.
