from whom i need to take permission for doing "foot-plating" of loco?

सर, ड्राइवर तथा उसके सहायक को छोड़कर कोई भी व्यक्ति इंजन में यात्रा नहीं कर सकता । केवल ऑन ड्यूटी इंजन से संबधित रेल कर्मचारी ही इंजन में यात्रा कर सकता है ।
this means it is only possible if we have what iz called s "high class pehchan" in railways.rite?
Sometime, My father said that he happened to travel in a loco from VSKP-RGDA as his uncle worked in Railways. So, I guess you can get the permission to ride on a loco if you have some close person working in Railways.
i think one will need to have personal contacts with higher authorities or related officer to do foot-plating.
