sunilsagitarius 163 blog postsyes time of ths train must be changed.....my suggestion ...it should leave ranchi in morning as ths train is for jharkhand and wat if we people dont get benefit......

But As We all Know Rush for Incoming Trains in the Morning hours for NDLS is very High, so that might be the Reason...
As an Alternative It should Depart at Around 4 PM in the Evening, Completing Jharkhand Stops by 9... and Reach NDLS at around 1.15 PM...
