Can i travel on the ticket issued in the name of my sister? if yes then what is the process of changing the name of passenger?
Yes.
Submit an application to the CRS providing the ticket (In Original), Photo Identity Proof for both of you (Proof citing that she is your sister) along with a request letter.
(The latter is however not required sometimes)
