That RRM seems to be meant for 22633/34 TVC NZM SF Express; though 3 RRMs were originally intended, only two were dispatched earlier. Anyway SR/TVC has not yet put the LHB rake into service owing to some electrical problems with SL coaches. Most probably the may go back to MAS/RCF for repairs. God alone knows if they will ever return!
