hwh to mgs , poorva takes 9 hour 30 min and this takes 10 hour 10 min , so obviously slack is given in wrong section . The section which requires slack is mgs - cnb.
the train should be made to arrive mgs at 9.30 and depart at 9.40 and slack from mgs to cnb can be increased.
