so there is no preference booking through prs counter,i had this doubt because 15days before my travel i took a ticket to chennai from nzm in a sleeper class ,it ws wl 91,other thing was that i took a windows ticket same class and same train on the day before journey it was wl/60.on my travel date,the train got rescheduled for nearly 3hrs.my ticket got at stucked at wl/3.the windows ticket was may be around wl/20.soon as the chart got prepared around 4pm both the tickets (prs and eticket) came down to rac.so i thought booking through prs counters will get the first preference!!!
