Travelling by which class? If travelling by 1A then you may just try going through this report

Anyhow, food quality and quantity is reasonably good in 2A and 3A..You do get a choice of tea/coffee the next day morning. So dont worry.

I am going to travel 3A and from NZM to SC, and I sincerely wish food is good and matches standard Rajdhani Menu.
