Pathetic experience in travelling from Cuttack to YPR in 12863 on 27th May. Almost all sleeper coaches are jam packed. people have occupied floors, toilets, wash basin, every inch of the coaches. 50% of the toilets were loaded with luggage and people are inside all the time. Water shortage. Not sure how come nobody complains. How w/l / general passengers are allowed inside reservation coaches. At night, people were sleeping even at the pathway between two coach joining. Why no TTC take action against the offenders. Hope railway takes step to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
