nothing wrong if they take permission to work on other track for repairs/maiontainance by iow/pwo/cls ppl or any other authority it wl be diverted,,same as our 4 lane roads

They will turn on the Alertor, to notify the control towers ahead.
It'll b informed to them from tower to tower.
The crew needs to just blink it.
