I booked ticket in train 22487 and it's departure time is 1 June @ 5:20. But train was late more than 4hrs so, i want to cancel ticket but i cud'nt due to yesterday server is too busy b/w 6pm to 10 pm and charting done in till 10 pm. So, what i can do for refund . I am already file TDR.
please suggest...

You should contact the IRCTC helpline once. Although this is not necesssary because, according to the railway rules, n case of e-tickets, the TDR is filed online before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund. And, the most important point is in case the ticket is cancelled or surrendered or if the request for refund of fare is filed online after the actual departure of the train, no refund of fare shall be admissible.
