DEAR SIR,
I am sent to one TDR refund application to Chief commercial manger, (refunds), Mumbai dated 03.02.11 through registered post.
Actual howmany days want to refund cheque.
pl. help.

you have to apporach to PRS counter there Reservation Clerk will give you TDR form which is to be fillend and submitted to SM. Then they will send cheque to your address mentioned in TDR file.

Am already TDR Form filled and sent to chief manager (refunds), churchgate, mumbai through registered post on 03.02.2011.
