Rail projects are going even slower than the snail pace. Its been over 2 months I received a letter under RTI ACT 2005, according to which the work is already under progress, but I see nothing. #indianrailways

The work has come to a halt. The pace at which it's going on, may take two years to even start installing the poles. According to the tenders on rvnl site, they are just concentrating on the projects in the South. Really #RVNL is too slow.
