I booked my ticket by student id card. While traveling i left my student id card so i called 139 for the suggestion as i was having my pan card with me. 139 suggested that i can travel so i decided to continue but TTE denied to accept my PAN card. I am in great problem now. What to Do?

I paid the fine and got the ticket.... But Railway should decide that any original id concerning the same person can be produced. Will it not be benefited to the passengers like me?
