I need to book ticket on the 02445 (New Delhi Jammu Premium Special train) for the 20th June. I understand that the ARP is 5 days and ticket can only be booked through IRCTC. I just want to know what time can i book the ticket on the 15th June. Is it at midnight or at 8AM in the morning. I want to know what time does booking open at IRCTC for general booking (as tatkal isnt available for this train) TIA
